F/T Perm Customer Services Executive based in Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Managing a selection of customer accounts involving daily liaison with European customer base as well as other in-house departments.
- Sales order processing
- 1st point of contact.
- Notifications to customers of price changes/holidays etc.
- Dealing with customer queries via phone, fax or e-mail (mostly e-mail).
- Receive, interpret and clarify orders.
- Check all order inputs are correct.
- Sign all invoices for outward shipments & shipping documentation.
- Liaise with internal colleagues in reference to customer order queries
- Previous similar experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as multi-tasking
- IT Proficient
- Fluent in Spanish
- Navision experience
- Fluent in an additional European language would be desirable
Hours of work 8 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Thursday & 8 am - 12.45 pm Friday
Salary £18000 - £20000
