F/t Permanent Sales Person required for prestigious company based in Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Increase sales by cold calling, personal visits, in order to identify and up sell products thereby maximising profitability.
- Interpret customer enquiries, providing quotations and follow ups.
- Maximising customer satisfaction/retention to include monitoring the progress of supply arrangements, resolution of queries/complaints in a prompt professional manner whilst ensuring that Company Policies/Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Competitor analysis.
- Contribute to the development and review of business development sales plans and forecasts in order to help identify opportunities to maximise profit potential
- Monitor personal development plans to maximise performance and the contribution to succession requirements of the business.
- All associated administration and any other duties required of the role.
- At least 2 years previous B2B sales experience to include effective negotiation skills
- Pro active with the ability to develop, grow and maintain rapport with clients.
- Experience of meeting and exceeding both individual and team targets
Salary £18000 - £24000 (depending on experience)
