Grafton Recruitment are currently looking for a temporary Procurement Administrator for our client based on Airport Road West. Our client is a market leader in the energy sector and wishes to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual on a long-term basis.

The purpose of this role will be to assist in the administration and control of the purchasing of goods and services, ensuring excellent customer services are provided to the business and to provide general support within the Procurement and Facilities department. This position shall involve a wide variety of duties which include administrative support, liaising with office suppliers, data inputting, reception cover and assisting with the operation of office facilities.
The successful candidate will be an individual who can approach a wide variety of challenges throughout the office in an enthusiastic manner and therefore demonstrate appropriate experience in this regard. A willingness and proactive approach to task completion is required.
-3 GCSE's or equivalent
-Appropriate and relevant experience within an administration and busy office environment.
-Comprehensive IT skills including ability to use all MS Office packages, including excel.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Strong organisational skills with an ability to complete a wide variety of tasks/challenges throughout the office.
-Ability to work independently with a methodical approach
