Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished, experience, PMO Analyst, for a role with our Client in the Financial Services Sector.

Role Status: Contract

Location: Belfast/Dublin : expect at least 3 days per week in Dublin

What you'll do

As a PMO Analyst (preferably with remediation experience) you will support the Programme Management Office Team. Responsibilities will include: tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; programme level risk and issue co- ordination; monitoring the status of projects; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops.

Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Manager with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting Project Managers on large projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives.

At times you may be asked to provide project support, when this is the case this will include, amongst other things, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates, help acquire the necessary resources and skills, and contribute to the delivery of business systems to meet identified business requirements.

What you'll bring

As an experienced PMO Analyst (preferably with remediation experience) you'll be comfortable in operating across multiple delivery platforms, and experienced in project lifecycle planning and the delivery of projects, with a proven track record.

Your knowledge of the banking industry will be extensive, and your experience will encompass the delivery of strategic projects that support a business strategy, its growth, and customer agenda. You'll be highly organised, and an excellent communicator. The competent use of standard project tools, including Excel, Powerpoint and other MS applications will feature in your skill set, and you'll bring a solid understanding of risk management.
