Job Description


Our Client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is seeking to recruit a Project Management Office Analyst & Project Management Office Manager for Dublin area to join their large scale Invoice Finance project team.

Purpose of the role:

  • Support the successful planning and delivery of projects within the Programme portfolio according to programme governance and budgetary methodology by providing planning, reporting and control support to projects

Key Deliverables include:

  • Responsibility for supporting at least one or two of the following Project Management functions:
  • Reporting - capture, consolidate and report project up-date, ensuring internal and external consistency of reporting, monitoring, control at project/programme level
  • Controls - risk, issue and dependency process management. Budgetary controls may feature
  • Planning - ensure project and programme plans and owned, controlled and maintained
  • Provide challenge and assurance function for Change Managers
  • Provide direct support to the Change Managers in terms of governance, standards, progress against targets/budget and quality expectations
  • Direct support to the Project Management and senior managers, providing recommended courses of action where variances are identified
  • Act as a subject matter expert for both Project teams and external Stakeholders in event of a request, problem or query regarding governance, standards, project status and quality expectations
  • Provision of secretariat activities to relevant governance bodies
  • Understand the main risks arising in the relevant area of responsibility and how to mitigate them and to ensure escalation where unable to comply
  • Comply with relevant Group Policies
  • As required to participate in testing and certifying the effectiveness of controls on a regular basis via tolls such as BSA/AYiC
  • Understand and comply with Conduct Risk requirements to meet the Group's Conduct Risk policies and the expectations of the regulators
