Job Description

Our public sector client in the Ballymena area are looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator will assist in the provision of administrative, secretarial and clerical assistant to the Project Team for both projects. In this role, the post holder will be required to provide effective and efficient support to meet business needs during office hours. The role includes the provision of administrative support to meetings and requires the power point to prioritise work on an on going basis.

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent to demonstrate literacy and numeracy
  • AND 2 A Levels, equivalent or higher qualification
  • AND 12 months relevant experience


  • Three years relevant experience

  • Experience of creating, operating and analysis Excel spread sheets
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office including word and powerpoint
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, as appropriate to meet the needs of the post in full
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and to meet strict deadlines

Must have a full current driving licence
