Job Description

Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator for our client based in Dublin 12.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their busy team. Duties will include:

  • High volume data entry
  • Emailing PO's to vendors
  • Managing PO request inboxes
  • Checking pricing
  • Setting up suppliers
  • Other Adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years admin experience in a busy environment
  • Ability to manage a busy and challenging workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills include Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
