Job Description

Duties will include

  • Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly and in accordance with best practice
  • Receiving and welcoming clients
  • Ensuring that on arrival, all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome
  • Recording and passing all messages to appropriate personnel
  • Ensuring telephone connections are made as quickly as possible bearing in mind busy periods and meetings in progress
  • Enhancing the reputation of the business at all times when interacting with others
  • Undertaking other administrative and clerical duties as and when required

Ideal candidate will possess

  • Highest standards of personal appearance and hygiene
  • Experience and skills within administration function
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in disposition and composed under stress
  • Knowledge and understanding of telephone and switchboard experience
