Acting on behalf of our client, Grafton Recruitment are seeking applications from experienced Receptionists for a new role with a large facilities management business based in Belfast.
This business has grown in recent years to become a key player in their field in Northern Ireland. The receptionist will work alongside an experienced Facilities Coordinator supporting a small but vibrant office team, and a wider network of site-based employees.
The day to day responsibilities will include
- Answering calls and new and established customers with their queries
- Supporting the office-based staff with administrative tasks such a filing documents, typing letters and compiling information packs
- Greeting clients and suppliers arriving to the office and coordinating meetings between staff and clients
Suitable candidates will have previous experience of working as a receptionist or office administrator for a busy organisation. Whilst this role works within a relatively small office, the culture is vibrant and fast paced and the ability to enjoy this type of working environment is important.
The hours of work for this role will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary on offer will be £15000 per annum.
