Our Client in the Ballymoney area are looking to recruit a Permanent Full Time Receptionist to join their team.
Hourly Rate: £7.60
Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm
- Responsible for greeting all incoming guests and visitors
- Professionally answering phone calls and re-directing calls to respective departments
- Required to perform various front desk duties including filing, general admin and hospitality tasks
The successful candidate must have:
- 5 Gcse's Grade ( A - C ) Including English and Maths
- At least 1 year's relevant experience
- Be able to interact well with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Applications, including Excel would be desirable
- Must be dependable, punctual and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
