Job Description

Receptionist & Administrator | Medical Devices Manufacturing |

Temporary to Permanent Role

The Role: Receptionist & Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Greet
  • Manage all incoming telephone calls and transferring of same
  • Operation of the Security Barrier
  • Ordering of taxis and couriers
  • Liaise with the mailroom staff in relation to shipments
  • Management of Meeting Room booking system
  • Assist the HR department with a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Event Management

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in a front of house role
  • The ability to multi task in an extremely busy and demanding role
  • Excellent Administrative Skills
  • MS Office Proficient
