RECEPTIONIST BALLYGAWLEY, CO TYRONE Temporary (9-12 MONTHS)
Our client, have been at the leading edge of hard landscaping and precast solutions for over half a century they are looking to recruit a Receptionist to cover a maternity contract lasting 9-12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience for your Cv.
As the Receptionist you will be acting as the first point of contact for customers providing an efficient, prompt and professional telephonist and reception service.
- Duties will include Managing and operating the switchboard and associated duties
- Providing admin support to the other department within the company as and when required
- Managing all outgoing post, opening, sorting and distributing incoming post
- General admin duties including word processing and data input
Hours of work:
- 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including English and Maths
Proficient in MS office with experience of IT system
One year's reception/switchboard experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Salary £16k
