TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
Process all stages of the recruitment process through in-house e-recruitment systems from requisitions, interviews and organising offer letters.
Ensure pre employment routines are carried out appropriately
Ensure all internal paperwork is complete and filled
Co-ordinate transfer requests, assist with financial and relevant reports for management
Record checklist of inductions of all staff and managers
Work closely with line managers to ensure their recruitment needs are met in an appropriate and timely manner
Ensure compliance with legal obligation in relation to manual and computerised records - maintaining confidentiality at all times
1 Years experience in an HR environment
Experience working in busy recruitment organisation
Providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees on recruitment issues
Experience in a customer service role
Sound knowledge of current employment legislation and in particular equality/section 75 monitoring
Using computerised HR system
Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
Relevant experience in recruitment function within the public sector
CIPD qualified or part qualified ( Willing to work towards CIPD qualification )
This post is based in Belfast and consists of 37 hours per week.
