Grafton Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team of experienced consultants based in our office in Dublin 2.
Our team is growing and we are looking for a hard working Resourcer to join our very busy team, recruitment experience is not essential although is highly desirable. To be successful you must have a strong background in Customer Service or Sales and have strong attention to detail.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include
- Sourcing new candidates for the business using a variety of methods
- Manage a portfolio of candidates; remaining in close contact with individuals actively seeking a new position and those who may be considering new roles in future
- Conduct telephone based interviews
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidate
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies and fill bookings
- Proactively source candidates and build candidate pools
- Track candidates progress/activity
- Format and update candidates CVs as required
- Carry out mail shot activities
- Assist in marketing activities for example, placing advertisements
To be considered you must have:
- At least 3 years customer service or sales experience
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working to KPI's and targets
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administrative skills
