Resource and Operations Analyst - Dublin

Our client is a well known Financial Services and Banking Institution across the island of Ireland. In business for almost 200 years, they currently have nearly 6000 employees to provide high levels of service to nearly 2 million customers. A Resource and Operations Analyst role has arisen within this Institution, based in the Dublin area for a contract period of no less than three months initially;

Responsibilities of this role could include:

  • Process all recruitment requirements including creation of the role, advertising, interview arrangements and supporting hiring managers
  • Work closely with management to prepare requirements for various areas of the business
  • Work alongside HR to identify key competencies and skills required for individual role profiles
  • Communicate effectively with management to ensure support within the team
  • Update spreadsheets accordingly and strive to monitor system access accordingly

Deliverables could include:

  • Support the management team in building and maintaining relationships both inside and outside the business
  • Assist in maintaining staff levels and the recruitment of new staff
  • Ensure systems and processes run smoothly, ensuring excellent communication at all stages of the process

Necessary Skills & Experience

  • A strong background in administration based roles to include recruitment or resourcing of staff
  • Experience of presenting and preparing documents to senior members of staff
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Essential Criteria

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A self motivated individual who can work both as part of a team and independently
  • Pro-active candidate who can work on own initiative

Technical Criteria

  • Use of Business Systems and Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Financial Scope

  • Contribution to the achievement of team financial targets/KPIs

Fitness and Probity

This is a Regulated Role, and will be subject to enhanced vetting procedures. There will be an ongoing requirement for the role holder to maintain fit, proper and sound standing to perform in the post.
