Job Description

Revenue Assistant

The role:
* Providing general support and advice within the Revenue Department
* Ensure that instructions relating to processing and allocation of fees and disbursements etc are actioned
* Dealing with miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department
* Updating and maintaining database information as necessary
* Preparation of detailed schedules on weekly/monthly basis
* Assisting other teams as and when cover is required
* Setting up client rates within the Finance system
* Providing detailed financial information
* Involvement in ad hoc projects
* Issuing of credit notes
* Collation of schedules
* e-Billing

Key Skills:
* Experience within a Revenue / Finance function
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Desirable languages are French, Dutch, Flemish or German
* Experience in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel experience, Word/Outlook
* Commitment to providing professional, responsive and effective relationships
