Job Description

Customer Service Administrator | FMCG Distributor | Contract Role

The Client: A reputable FMCG Sales and Marketing operation who are in business for over 30 years.

The Role: Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities:

  1. Order processing
  2. Automatic transfer process and verification
  3. Manual and online orders
  4. Telephone orders
  5. Supporting a team of 10 Field Sales Reps
  6. Dealing with all incoming queries
  7. Opening new accounts
  8. Supply chain support
  9. General office admin

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role
  2. Must be proficient in MS Office with a flair for IT systems
  3. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  4. The ability to work as part of a small team
  5. The ability to show initiative and work independently when required
  6. Must be extremely organized, analytical with excellent communication skills

In Return:

  1. 8 month contract
  2. Salary 25-27 DOE
