Our client has started up a new division within their current business and wish to appoint a permanent Sales and Letting Administrator.
- £16,000-£18,000 per annum
- Mon to Fri 09.00-17.30 (one late night until 19.30)
- Requirement to work 1 Sat/month 9.00 -12 Noon
- Central location
- On street parking available
- Provide full administrative support to the Lettings Team
- Produce new tenancy agreements
- Pre-tenancy referencing and tenant checks
- Registering security deposits
- Provide administrative support for new tenancy files
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Preparation of marketing/advertising material
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Typing, copying, filing and other duties as required
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally 1 year +
- Estate Agency experience is essential
- Excellent administrative skills
- Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility in hours is required for this role
- Driving license essential
It is essential to have a professional approach, comprehensive understanding of MS Word, Excel, & Outlook; an excellent standard of communication; be extremely customer focused; along with administration experience and the ability to work well in a team environment with excellent attention to detail.
