Job Description

Our client has started up a new division within their current business and wish to appoint a permanent Sales and Letting Administrator.

Job Details

  • £16,000-£18,000 per annum
  • Mon to Fri 09.00-17.30 (one late night until 19.30)
  • Requirement to work 1 Sat/month 9.00 -12 Noon
  • Central location
  • On street parking available

Job Duties

  • Provide full administrative support to the Lettings Team
  • Produce new tenancy agreements
  • Pre-tenancy referencing and tenant checks
  • Registering security deposits
  • Provide administrative support for new tenancy files
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Preparation of marketing/advertising material
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service
  • Typing, copying, filing and other duties as required

Essential Criteria

  • Experience working in a similar role, ideally 1 year +
  • Estate Agency experience is essential
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Flexibility in hours is required for this role
  • Driving license essential

It is essential to have a professional approach, comprehensive understanding of MS Word, Excel, & Outlook; an excellent standard of communication; be extremely customer focused; along with administration experience and the ability to work well in a team environment with excellent attention to detail.
