Job Description

Duties will include

  • Taking phone and direct enquiries from customers and dealing with them accordingly
  • Providing prices and proposals to customers when requested
  • Processing orders from receipt of actual order to dispatch and invoicing of same
  • Requesting materials from stores when necessary
  • Liaising with store men and workshop engineers
  • Assisting in the scheduling of site engineers and planning of work
  • Liaising with key customers directly on service and repair issues
  • Preparing and issuing service reports to customers
  • Dealing with all aspects of customer needs including complaints
  • Becoming technically competent and knowledgeable with the company product range
  • Becoming familiar with competitor base and their products
  • Following and adhering to all company and ISO Quality Procedures
  • Undertaking a range of general office and administrative duties as well as attending meetings and participating on training courses etc when required

Ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a similar role
