Job Description

Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking experienced German Native Level Speakers for several Sales Consultants and Sales Administrators for one of our clients in Dublin city centre. Our client is looking for candidates with a background in administration or Customer Service. Our client is a multinational site development and real estate optimization company serving the telecommunications industry since 2003. This is a great opportunity to work in an international, fast growing work environment in Dublin City Centre.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator with legal secretary and / or real estate assistant experience to work on the preparation, review and distribution of complex leasing transaction documents. The ideal person for this position will have general knowledge of real estate transactions and legal documents with excellent writing and analytical skills.

As a Sales Consultant you will take inbound and outbound calls, renegotiate existing leasing contracts, review leasing documents and ensure conditions are met, explain leasing documents to partners. We are looking for team players willing to work hard and participate in training and team events. There will be NO COLD CALLING, and all leads will be provided. The role requires sales assertiveness and great customer focus.


Excellent German language skills
Great communication skills and an eagerness to learn
Highly self-motivated and performance orientated
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Inside sales experience is a plus
Desirable however not required: reading legal and/or real estate documents
Desirable however not required: Russian language skills
