Sales Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy sales support team, we are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for our busy reception.

Daily Tasks

  • Take all incoming calls on average 100 to 120 incoming calls per day, and assist in transferring calls or taking messages correctly and professionally
  • Assist with any supplier or customer queries regards any orders
  • Process an average of 50 to 60 orders per day through various mediums such as telephone, email or website
  • Liaise with any customers regards orders updating them where necessary
  • General administrative duties as and when required

The Candidate

  • Ability to work with meticulous attention to detail
  • Accuracy is critical
  • Comfortable working with a high work load and to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages


  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.30 am to 4.30 pm daily
