Sales Representative
Grafton are recruiting on behalf of a leading fuel company for a Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join an established company. The successful candidate will be promoting, managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of companies with the objective of opening new accounts, increasing sales and further strengthening our client's business in the Republic of Ireland market.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to maximise sales
* Identify and target new business in the area
* Credit control and managing customer accounts
* Gathering market and customer information to identify growth opportunities
* Liaising with transport department offices to check the distribution of existing orders
* Attending team meetings and monthly Sales management meetings
* Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
* Be naturally driven, can work on own initiative and is results focused
* Have a good geographical knowledge of the south of Ireland
* Can adapt easily to different sales situations and buyers
* A knowledge / experience of the coal industry would be advantageous but is not essential
