Job Description

Our Client would like to recruit for a Sales Support Executive to join their team on a Permanent basis

37hrs per week

Sales Support Executive

The candidate should be proactive and professional, with a sales administration background

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete reports on an ongoing basis
  • Data input and management
  • Order processing
  • Undertake sales administration tasks as required
  • Adhere to company policies at all times
  • Act in a professional manner at all times, promoting the company and its ethos throughout all business dealings
  • Undertake other activities as may required

Personal Specification:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels
  • Possess a strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Well organised, thorough and dependable
  • Ability to learn new tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Good team player

Required Qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner

Desired Qualifications and experience:

  • Educated to a minimum A level standard
  • Experience in a customer facing environment
