Sales Support Administrator
- Processing of sales orders onto an in-house software package for sales Managers and key house accounts.
- Creating of pick notes and ensuring customer requirements are followed
- Processing of returns
- New accounts set up
- Daily not found report are investigated
- Dealing with customer queries
- Arranging collection of Authorized returns
- Tracking customer consignments
- Requesting POD's for customer queries
- Updating the customer reports.
- Liaising with the sales team and briefing them on any product updates. Feedback to Rep's/Agents on order queries, out of stock etc.
- Back order / forward orders are reviewed and discussed with customer or Sales manager.
- Dealing with customers in the showroom and at shows
- Sending Photo quotes to customers and customer new line forms , price lists, images or any other requirements they may have.
- Arranging samples
- Receiving customer orders over the phone , email, ipads and also from Reps/Agents
- Running booked sales report weekly
- Creating reports for sales teams
- Checking reps commission reports.
- Sending new season Brochures to mailing list
- Updating data bases for mailing list.
- Must have word, excel, outlook.
- Experience in data processing on a in house package
- Good communication / telephone skills
