An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Advisor to join their sales team. The role is based in Group headquarters in Cookstown, Co.Tyrone and the candidate will be a key point of contact for our customers.
Responsible for tracking customer projects, manage customer queries, make 50 - 70 calls per day chasing leads, convert customer enquiries to sales, compiling/updating databases, scheduling external sales appointments, providing leads and quote updates to support external sales
- Experience in a customer service
- Good organisational, communication and accuracy skill
- Initiative and ability to prioritise
- Team player with desire/willingness to learn
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
