We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our client's team on a 5 month fixed-term contract. Our client is a global law firm with over 30 offices worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to further your skills and experience in a truly global and professional environment.

-£18,000 pro rata
-Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 (flexibility required)
This role will involve working in the Global Mobility team. This is a specialist team responsible for the delivery of all phases of international relocation activities. You will report to the Global Mobility Manager in London.
-Learning and understanding global relocation policies
-Produce international assignment/relocation letters
-Liaise with Resourcing and Recruitment teams to ensure everyone is fully informed of the progress of the move
-Brief employees on policy and procedures
-Liaise with 3rd party vendors to manage housing, shipping, visa applications
-Ensure compliance with immigration legislation including keeping up to date with new legislation
-Review and approve expense forms
-Manage the production of the team's monthly and quarterly reports in Excel
-Travel to London 2/3 times per year
-Graduate calibre with 2-3 years experience in a client facing role
-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
-Ideally have experience in the Professional Services sector
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Professional attitude and manner towards colleagues, clients and job duties
-Highly numerate with a high level of attention to detail
