Job Description

Our client a leading customer service company require a Senior Administrator for an immediate start.

Main Duties:

  • Answering calls and dealing with queries
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Matching invoices
  • Administration - typing correspondence, filing
  • All other general administration duties as required

Criteria Required:

  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Recent administration experience in a busy office experience
  • IT Literate to include - Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work as a team member
