Grafton HR is representing a leading professional services organisation, operating on a global scale. Due to restructure, this expanding organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager, tasked with the delivery of an exceptional HR service across the UK, US and EMEA regions.
As HR Manager, you will be the key contact for the delivery of HR services across the UK, US and EMEA region, with direct management responsibilities for a team of 4 based in Belfast. Supported by the wider HR team based in London, the role requires a strategic and process minded HR professional, with the ability to deliver a high performance culture amongst a group a technically gifted, talented individuals, with the ability to operate and collaborate at all levels throughout the business.
The successful candidate will partner with line management across the business, providing advice on employee relations issues, recruitment & selection, reward, including performance review; salary and bonus review processes, as well as various projects as and when required. The HR Manager will also be expected to work closely with the L&D Manager, identifying any development requirements within the business, providing effective solutions.
The right fit
- 5 years HR Generalist / Business Partner experience, including extensive exposure to high volume recruitment
- Ideally, experience within a professional services setting
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record of overseeing complex employee relations matters, as well as up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Exposure in an international role
