Job Description

Senior Receptionist/Administrator

I am seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist/Administrator for my client, a busy office based in Dublin City Centre.

Main Duties:

  • Front of house, meet and greet, incoming telephone calls, screening and transferring
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers and service providers
  • Management of all internal meetings, taking minutes and catering
  • Administrative support to the Management Team
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with Events and Trade Shows
  • Management of the companies Social Media sites

Skills:

  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role
  • MS Office Proficient
  • Be able to work as part of a busy team, often to strict deadlines
  • Experience in marketing would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
