Grafton Technology has been exclusively retained by a market leading IT Managed Services provider for the provision of IT Service Desk Engineer. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from SME's to multinational blue chips.
Due to a number of major client wins in both the Public and Private Sectors our client are expanding their current service desk team by appointing an additional Engineer.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Day-to-day will involve working with multiple customers across NI, mainly in a remote capacity - investigating issues, analysing and presenting options for achieving full resolution. From time to time you will be expected at customer sites to assist with the installation and support of the equipment to ensure effective service within agreed time scales and to the standards required by the company.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- A full driving license
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced service desk environment
- Previous experience of working with Microsoft stack - Microsoft Server 2012/ Exchange 2013
- Degree or equivalent in an ICT or related area and/ or current Microsoft certifications in Microsoft Server 2008/ 2012
Desirable - CCNA, Microsoft certified
