The successful candidate will be working with the support team providing support on an ad hoc basis but primarily the successful candidate will be responsible for the leading a small team of 1st / 2nd line engineers in a busy help desk environment for the companies client user base. The ideal candidate will ready to support the team at every opportunity, maintaining a high level of technical understanding themselves and ensuring training is provided to further develop the individuals within the teams.
They are looking for an experienced leader who wants to work within a start-up environment and will bring new ideas to the organisation. The company has offices in Belfast, London and New York and you will get the opportunity to travel to the other offices a couple of times in the year.
