Job Description

Position: Service Manager

Location: Newry Co.Down

The successful candidate will be an integral part of an established team. They will be responsible for the full management of every aspect of the Service Centre operations, including performance monitoring/KPI management and maintaining H&S standards. This includes:

  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical processes to include heating and ventilation, lighting and air conditioning systems
  • Responsible for the performance of the security and guarding solution(alarm) onsite and in the car parking facility
  • Demonstrating and managing your teams customer service on a daily basis
  • Management of HR policies and procedures which includes performance review management, leave and absence management
  • Working with 3rd party contractors
  • Actively promote the importance and values of effective communication throughout the workplace
  • CCTV monitoring and car parking management
  • Staff induction and training
  • Managing effective financial forecasting

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent IT skills e.g Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Google mail
  • Resilient and able to work on own initiative while under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to set goals and objectives for you team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • 2 - 3 years working with supervisor / management level
