The role of Site Manager will report to the Senior Management Team and oversee the build. The function of the Site manager is to provide hands on leadership to the construction/production teams ensuring the contract proceeds safely in accordance with agreed plans and programmes. You are tasked with completing all projects in accordance to specification and drawings. You will ensure that each project is completed to the best industry standards and to the Client and the Company's satisfaction in terms of safety, cost, time and quality.
What you need
You will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and have managed projects with multi-million pound values. You will be responsible for driving quality on-site. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to communicate at all levels. You will hold relevant first aid and health and safety certifications. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and must have experience in Commercial & Retail projects. You must show strong problem solving skills, have the ability to give clear direction and to identify and develop talent. Additionally you must show the ability to produce implementation plans to ensure that targets are met, prioritising workload effectively.
