Job Description

Job Title: Purchasing / Stock Management

As a Stock Control Administrator, you'll be tasked with providing efficient and accurate administrative support to our client's Stock Control function.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Management of purchase orders
  • Ensure products are purchased from the right supplier at the right price to meet agreed targets
  • All stock orders are recorded and accurate and stock losses and errors are minimized
  • Oversee quality stock issues Safeguarding stock levels for customer orders
  • Liaising closely with sales team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled Chasing suppliers for missing stock
  • Liaising with the warehouse and sales team on a daily basis

Essential Experience

  • High numeracy and literacy standards
  • Purchasing experience a must
  • Excellent knowledge of products and services Stock Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Display high levels of accuracy in your day to day activities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, if previous 'Intact' experience would be an advantage
