Supply Chain Manager/Production Scheduler | Pharmaceutical | Permanent Role

Supply Chain Manager/Master Production Scheduler

  1. Project Management of various projects when required
  2. Implement and maintain MRP system within the Company (Implementation within 6 month period)
  3. Maintain inventory at planned levels
  4. SAP Master Data Coordinator
  5. Assist and coordinate all new product introduction
  6. Chair and coordinate all NPI meetings
  7. Partner with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, quantity, and cost of materials and supplies are running as efficient as possible
  8. Forecasts of purchasing requirements in order for finance to project cash flows through the year
  9. Develop and maintain production plans and schedules so that customer's order are filled on time and that production facility operates efficiently
  10. Work closely with QA Department to provide material release prioritisation
  11. Interface with other departments to ensure customers are provided with a quality product in a timely manner
  12. Participate in continuous improvements initiatives in the company
  13. Vendor auditing and set up of vendor rating system
  14. Maintain standard operation procedures relating to sales, purchasing and general office functions
  15. Attend and assist with exhibitions worldwide including Trade Shows and Customer/Supplier on site visits when required
  16. Chair weekly scheduling meeting to ensure all relevant managers are aware of customer requirements in conjunction with SAP
  17. To report monthly and adhere to KPI's as defined by the FC
  18. To coordinate the generation of master packaging instructions and all packaging material specification on conjunction with QA
  19. Company Master Data maintenance and metric reporting


  1. Pharmaceutical experience ESSENTIAL
  2. At least 6 years plus in a Supply Chain Supervisory or Management position
  3. Staff Management experience
  4. In-depth knowledge of the end to end Supply Chain Process
  5. Experience in Stakeholder engagement
  6. Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
