Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain / Stock Manager


To optimise the delivery of goods, services and information from supplier to customer, balancing supply and demand. Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries


  • Placing & Expediting of purchase orders and ensure up to date information on all POs is available
  • Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis - ensuring min & max at optimum levels over 500+ SKU's
  • Develop stock requirement forecasts as required
  • Plan and execute seasonal strategies
  • Managing supplier relationships and improving the processes (lead times etc.)
  • Plan and execute New Product Introductions and Forecasts
  • Work on own initiative, to gather and circulate information needed to make decisions and drive the business

Skills Required:

  • Use of ERP systems
  • 3+ experience of purchasing & stock control
  • Analytical Skills
  • Excel
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Ability to create and build on key relationships
