Job Description

Our client a leading IT solutions company based in Dublin 15 are currently looking to recruit an experienced Inside Sales Representative for the Swedish market.

The Role

Duties include:

  • Calling existing and new potential clients/prospects within your designated territory
  • Generate, qualify, develop and close sales for our using the preferred RTM, considering our client is a 100% channel company
  • Sell our clients sales proposition over the phone through competitive positioning, leveraging on our portfolio strengths
  • Drive a 4:1 pipeline with a minimum 5 new opportunities added to forecast each week and a continuous focus on pipe progression
  • Maintain current and accurate account and contact information in SFDC, including updated commitments
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close as well as Quarterly Territory Plans
  • Keep up to date with products and solutions getting all the needed certifications
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitive offering
  • Attend relevant training as directed by manager


  • Native Level Swedish required
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably as inside seller in an IT company
  • Previous experience of working within an IT/Software related business environment
  • Knowledge and experience of SFDC CRM system advantageous
  • Proven track record of New Business Inside Sales success
  • Knowledge of the industry and your designated region/market
  • Professional best practices, better inside an IT call center
  • Ability to interact at senior levels internally and with external organizations
  • Understanding and knowledge of Channel / Distributors
  • Self-confident with the tenacity to succeed
  • Hungry for success, highly ambitious, a real hunter
  • Excellent communication skills, able to demonstrate the Veritas proposition over the phone
  • Self-starter with the desire and motivation to progress constantly overachieving sales targets
