F/T Transport Clerk/Admin required to cover maternity leave for prestigious company based in Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Issue, receipt, storage of delivery notes
- Collation/filing of POD's & test certificates
- Booking in all inbound materials
- Prepare goods received notes/raising pre receipts
- Raising purchase orders checking details, preparing receipts, inputting location/customer/stock/materials onto systems
- Confirming weight of loads checking weigh bridge dockets/file
- Retrieving test certs and providing confirmation to customers
- Monitoring of PPE
- Preventative maintenance schedule keeping trailer servicing up to date
This post demands that applicants have experience of a fast moving transport related environment with the ability to learn quickly and excellent communication skills are essential.
Hours of work:
Monday-Thursday 6am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm & Friday 6am - 1pm OR 1pm - 8pm
Salary £8.00 - £9.60 per hr
