Job Description

Working on behalf of a manufacturing company I'm actively recruiting for Warehouse/ Customer Service staff for permanent contracts.

Warehouse/Customer Service/Sales Role - £excellent - Carrickfergus x 5

My client is looking to attract applicants from a warehouse/retail or sales background who has the ability to work across various disciplines of the business. Candidates will be required to work within the warehouse, picking orders, getting orders ready for dispatch etc but they will also be responsible for looking after customers, taking orders over the phone, Cross selling, informing customers of new brands and new products.

We are looking to attract CV's from candidates who are ambitious, self motivated and has the ability to provide good customer service. Candidates with a positive working attitude and ability to meet client standards can progress to becoming a full time sales representative.

To apply for this position applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C and above and/or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience within a warehouse/ retail or sales environment providing evidence of dealing with customers. Computer literate with over 2 years experience using Microsoft packages and outlook. Good presentation skills.

Full UK driving license.
